💬 About Asster:

Asster is a psychiatric institution with 581, government-recognized beds, formed from a merger between PZ Sancta Maria and PC Ziekeren. The psychiatric nursing home "De Passer" has an additional 120 beds. Their care services are aimed at all age groups and are offered in various specialized care clusters spread across two campuses: Campus City and Campus Melveren. Asster employs 850 staff and 20 doctors.

The institution had an outdated VDI environment, making it difficult to work from any location. They were looking for a reliable IT partner to assist them with incidents and emergencies.
