New WiFi solution and replacement of firewall for Ter Dolen.

At Castle Brewery Ter Dolen, AppSys ICT Group provided a new WiFi solution as well as a replacement of the old firewall.
About Ter Dolen:
In 1994, an ultra-modern brewery was installed in the outbuildings of the medieval castle. It contains six cylindrical-conical fermenting and maturation tanks made of stainless steel. The brewing kettle has a capacity of 25 hectoliters per brew. The brewery is capable of brewing and bottling all its beers in-house since 2013, as it has its own bottling plant and a new warehouse with a warm room.
About the solution:
AppSys replaced the old firewall and chose to replace it with the Clavister Next Generation Firewall. Clavister is a European pioneer in network security, from launching one of the first firewalls about 25 years ago to developing the fastest virtualized firewalls and integrating network security with SD-WAN and SASE.
They were also looking for a new WiFi solution. AppSys looked for a WiFi solution that could be managed in the Cloud so that the customer could easily manage it themselves. With Plasma Cloud, we found a solution for them that can be used both indoors and outdoors on the terraces. The WiFi was further equipped with a guest network and a separate network for the payment terminals.
