New server infrastructure and extension of 24x7 contract for Daikin.

At Daikin in Oostende, AppSys ICT Group has provided a new server infrastructure in their data center and the customer has also decided to renew their 24x7 contract with AppSys.
About Daikin:
The headquarters of Daikin Europe is located in Oostende. With around 900 employees, they are responsible for the production, sale, and distribution of air conditioning and heating systems in Europe, the Middle East, and some parts of Africa for the commercial, industrial, and residential markets.
About the solution:
AppSys replaced all servers in their data center infrastructure in recent weeks, which will host the entire workload of the factory. Daikin opted for the latest generation Dell PowerEdge servers incl. a Mission-Critical Prosupport contract with Dell Technologies to immediately assist them in case of hardware failure.
The customer also chose to extend the 24x7 Support contract with AppSys. Our team will be ready to assist with ICT emergencies, providing remote support within the hour or on-site support within 4 hours in Oostende!
