IT Support for International Online Horse Auction by Stal Tops

For our client Stal Tops, a world-renowned player in the equestrian sport, we provided IT support during their very first international online auction. Jan Tops and his team are based in Valkenswaard, Netherlands, with the Tops International Arena, the epicenter of equestrian sport in Europe. Stal Tops is a globally respected breeder of top-quality sport horses, specializing in matching horses and riders.
About Tops International Auction:
The Tops International Auction opened its doors for the first time on September 30, 2023, to present an exclusive collection of high-quality sport horses, aimed at the ultimate level of showjumping for its international clientele.
How did we help the client?
AppSys was asked to fully support this international horse auction in terms of IT. This included, among other things, the installation of a state-of-the-art Wi-Fi network to support real-time bidding on the offered sport horses. Additionally, this auction was streamed online to allow for online bidding as well.
AppSys installed a Juniper Networks MIST Wi-Fi solution to provide this functionality, including a Juniper LAN solution to provide the uplink to the internet and streaming services. The event was a great success!
