Filecloud implementation at ATRIO

To ensure optimal realization for flooring in both industrial and residential buildings – the activity of Atrio – both floor layers and suppliers need easy and secure access to plans and information of the involved construction sites at any given time.
Atrio aimed to eliminate the creation of paper files for site workers and opted for the digital route, as the data was already available internally in a specific site directory. Providing access to external partners required a solution.
Therefore, in collaboration with AppSys ICT Group – Atrio's IT partner – a Cloud solution was chosen. This ensures necessary data availability via smartphone or tablet directly from the construction site, where crucial decisions need to be made for project progress. AppSys' proposal to set up a Filecloud environment was spot on.
With this, Atrio can equip itself in their own Cloud Storage environment with unlimited Client accounts and necessary authentication via MFA. All data is securely stored in the FileCloud environment, as FileCloud also provides its own Anti-Virus and Anti-Ransomware protection. Additionally, each client environment is provided with its own sandbox, ensuring complete isolation.
This enables anyone needing access to easily and securely retrieve files or make adjustments via PC, smartphone, or tablet, leading to more efficient data and time management.
Clearly, a win/win situation that immediately gained acceptance among the involved employees.
This "smart" solution provided by AppSys has allowed Atrio to achieve significant efficiency gains.
