DEUFOL Technics NV approached us with the request to develop an insightful application where employees could register their time on ongoing projects. Furthermore, there was a need to simplify manual administration.

About the solution:

Through a digital signage application, a screen is provided in the workshop displaying a clear dashboard. Here, active projects are shown along with their current status per project.

• Custom website allowing accurate data logging and facilitating easy tracking
• Key users can create projects with necessary data and activate them when needed
• Employees can log their hours on a project or other internal matters themselves, eliminating the need for manual administration afterwards
• Comprehensive overview of active projects and their status
