Over the past few months, AppSys has rolled out a new firewall & network solution in the Belgian, French and UK locations of Le Pain Quotidien.
➡️ About Le Pain Quotidien:
Le Pain Quotidien is an international chain of bakery-restaurants and operates more than 200 bakery-restaurants in 20 countries worldwide. Their assortment consists of pastries, bread, salads, quiches, drinks and tartines.
💡About the solution:
AppSys has implemented a new firewall solution – based on Check Point Software – in 30+ locations across Belgium, France and the UK over the past few months. In addition, the network equipment in these locations was replaced so they now use state-of-the-art equipment in their sites to guarantee continuity for their customers.
AppSys will monitor and manage this firewall & network infrastructure in the coming years as part of a 24x7 Managed Services offering.
- Designing the new network & firewall topology
- Configuring Check Point firewalls via the Smart-1 Cloud management platform
- Replacing existing firewalls at all locations with minimal downtime
- Replacing and upgrading existing network equipment in all shops
- Optimizing LAN segmentation to support standardization within the group
