Assistance After Ransomware Attack at "COMPANY X"

Monday morning, we received a distressing call from "Company X". They were in a panic and searching for an IT partner to assist them after falling victim to a ransomware attack over the weekend. The result: All 100 employees of "Company X" had no access to their business data whatsoever, the entire company was at a standstill, effectively on technical unemployment.
