Difficult times, much uncertainty, where is this going to lead? Despite everything, we must be proud that at AppSys we can still be fully operational and provide our customers with the necessary ICT services. It is a privilege to still be able to say this as a company in these times, and we are incredibly grateful for that!

Over the past weeks, AppSys has guided many customers as best as possible to transition to remote work. Our employees have all thrown themselves into the fray to provide everyone with the necessary support as quickly and effectively as possible. It warms our hearts to have received so many wonderful responses from them. Here's a selection of these warm responses:

• For Primagaz, we implemented an additional way to facilitate remote work in a very short time:

I would like to thank you for the effort made to make this temporary setup possible. This confirms our belief that with you, we have a partner on board with whom we can make a difference.

This temporary solution allows us to offer our employees (who could not access our current VPN) the opportunity to continue their work from home. This enables us to maintain our service level and not leave our customers out in the cold (literally).

• Callexcel from Sint-Truiden had to enable around 500 call center employees to work from home overnight. AppSys helped the customer out with their storage platform and provided temporary server capacity to facilitate remote work.

Our systems are currently being "challenged" because we are in the process of letting 500/600 people work from home with 70% using their own PCs and laptops…
