AppSys ICT Group becomes part of Previder Belgium.

AppSys ICT Group and Previder Belgium have reached an agreement on AppSys joining the Previder organisation. This strengthens Previder’s position as a Managed Services Provider in Belgium and marks the next step in the organisation’s continued growth.
For more than 14 years, AppSys has been supporting organisations with a broad portfolio of IT solutions and managed services. With a team of approximately 70 employees, in-depth expertise and long-standing customer relationships, AppSys has established a strong position in the Belgian market.
This acquisition builds on the earlier acquisitions of 2invision and Assyst Europe. Together, these organisations form a strong foundation for the further development of Previder Belgium, part of the Dutch Odin Group. With offices in Peer, Houthalen-Helchteren and Braine-l'Alleud, around 90 specialised IT professionals are continuing to build a leading Belgian IT organisation.

With AppSys joining the group, Previder is expanding its local presence in Belgium. In the coming period, the focus will be on bringing the organisations together, with continuity for customers and employees as a key priority.
AppSys’s current management team will remain closely involved. Kris Nijs will become Managing Director of Previder Belgium, while Werner Jans will take on the role of Director of Transformation within the group. In these roles, they will contribute to the further development of the Belgian Previder organisation. Together, Previder and AppSys will continue to build reliable, secure and future-ready IT solutions for organisations in Belgium.
