Carglass Outsources ICT Service Desk to AppSys

Carglass Netherlands has entered into a 3-year contract with AppSys for the complete outsourcing of their ICT service desk operations. From now on, AppSys will be the point of contact for approximately 600 employees spread across 58 service centers in the Netherlands, and we will support the system administrators during projects.
Carglass® is the specialist in repairing and replacing car windows. They assist motorists 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
ICT plays an important role in this, and the correct handling of questions and issues from their employees in the ICT field is a top priority for them. AppSys will do everything possible, both onsite at Carglass and from our locations in Houthalen and Eindhoven, to guide and support the Carglass employees in this regard!
