Support for ERP rollout at DreamLand

In recent months, AppSys provided onsite technical support for a large-scale ERP rollout across all Belgian DreamLand stores. Thanks to great collaboration between different parties, this project was successfully completed before the busy Saint Nicholas and end-of-year season! 🎁🤝👌

➡️ About DreamLand:
DreamLand is a toy store chain with 48 locations in Belgium — 34 in Flanders and 14 in Wallonia. In addition to toys, DreamLand’s product range includes multimedia, gaming, school supplies, garden furniture and decoration, outdoor toys, swimming pools, bicycles, sports equipment, books, and comics.

💡About the solution:
An ERP rollout naturally involves changes to the IT infrastructure. AppSys took care of all the technical aspects for every Belgian DreamLand store, managing updates to the cash register systems, printers, networking, and Wi-Fi infrastructure.

• Migration of cash register systems to the new DreamLand tenant
• Installation of printers for the new ERP system
• Network configuration adjustments in collaboration with DreamLand IT
• Onsite support & inventory of all existing IT assets
• Assisting the DreamLand Service Desk with post-rollout support during this busy period
