Replacement of storage infrastructure at KIM'S CHOCOLATES

Since 1987, Kim's Chocolates NV from Tienen has been making delicious chocolate products sold worldwide:
As one of the largest Belgian chocolate manufacturers and the number 1 exporter to Canada and the United States, they produce pralines and tablets under their own brands Cachet and KC Chocolatier, and also manufacture for private labels.

For years, AppSys has been their loyal IT partner, and recently we had the opportunity to renew their storage platform:

✅ AppSys implemented a Dell Technologies Powerstore 1000T unit based on NVMe technology.
✅ Their entire virtual (VDI) workload was migrated to this state-of-the-art storage infrastructure.
✅ A hybrid setup was chosen to enable SAN & NAS functionality in one device.
