💡Who is Qorium?

Qorium from Maastricht is a biotechnological start-up that has a world first in providing quality leather based on collagen-based cell culture. Shoes made of real leather, without the need to bring a cow to the slaughterhouse, could become a reality in the coming years thanks to Qorium!

🤝How did we help our client?

We provided a renewal of their entire IT infrastructure, allowing employees to work smoothly again. We did this by implementing a new VoIP system based on 3CX and SNOM telephones. Furthermore, we also ensured a better WiFi connection, data centralization through an immutable cloud solution, relieved them with our Managed Services, and set up their meeting rooms with an interactive i3-Technologies screen.

The project in brief:
✅ Implementation of a new VoIP system based on 3CX and SNOM telephones

✅ Rollout of new network switches and the latest generation WiFi access points

✅ Implementation of new laptops and PCs via Intune (building Intune environment from A to Z according to best practices)

✅ Data centralization of all lab data (the data is now securely centralized and backed up to the cloud daily)

✅ Relief through our managed services (their network, work devices, and lab PCs are actively monitored by us)

✅ Relief through our service desk (first line for daily customer inquiries)
