New IT infrastructure for GEMEENTE MALLE and ZOERSEL

Gemeente Malle and gemeente Zoersel are 2 adjacent municipalities in the Kempen region, with respective populations of 15,000 and 22,000 residents.
They have not only decided to replace their IT infrastructure, but also jointly agreed to serve as each other's "backup" in case of an IT calamity.
Their data is securely synchronized from one municipality to the other and can be started there if necessary. Talk about a great collaboration!

In the past few weeks, AppSys has implemented new Dell PowerEdge servers, Dell Powerstore storage, and Dell Powerswitch switches in both municipalities, along with a VMware environment to host their virtual workloads. In addition, Recoverpoint4VM is used to set up synchronization between both municipalities, serving as a Disaster Recovery solution in the event of an IT calamity.
