In between all the projects, we're also daily focused on optimizing our own business processes and accessibility. Last week, a great collaboration emerged between our web designers and VOIP consultants: they together integrated a chat module on the AppSys website!
With our 3CX VOIP solution, it's possible to embed a chat functionality into a website, allowing leads and customers to chat directly with a staff member via the website.
