It's no longer a secret: AI tools can significantly accelerate your workday 🏎️... if you ask the right questions. 😉 Many people receive mediocre results simply because their prompts are too vague. A good rule of thumb is: the more specific you are, the better the outcome.
Always include:
♾️ What you want
♾️ Who it's intended for
♾️ The style or tone you expect
♾️ Any relevant context or examples
Example of a poor prompt:
❌ “Write an email.”
Example of a better prompt:
✅ “Write a professional yet friendly follow-up email to a customer who has not yet provided feedback on our proposal. Keep it short and positive.”
A small adjustment can make a big difference. 🚀 Our golden tip?
Think of AI as a colleague: the clearer your briefing, the better the result.
